Airfoil now has initial compatibility with Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite).

The automatic Intermission menu item has been removed from Airfoil. The "System Audio" source should be used instead.
A hang which could occur on Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) when the display is asleep has stopped hanging around. That is to say, we fixed it.
